raagas, I havent said anything different to you. I said bollywood insiders in general have great respect for IR - I said only a few ostriches dont. You are repeating the same thing addressing to me

By ostriches I meant Subhash K Jha and the ilk. SK Jha once wrote a review for IR's music - will never forget that. There are some like him with that attitude.

I remember one which said thiruvasagam was weird and inane when it released(if i am not wrong it was from rediff). Alot of people asked if there was such a thing called symphony oratorio. The fact is thalaivar had actually created a new idiom for music by fusing both symphony and oratorio.

Ithu yellam vidunga, Any words on Chal Chalein? 1 week and no sight of any sample. I am like a raving lunatic who cant wait to listen.

BTW KR's style of BGM is probably the best after IR IMHO. Like the article said he has very good knowledge of BGM timing.
