Anecdotes from TFM Prasad Musicians of IR/MSV etc..?

First of all, who are all the musicians of IR and other composers in TFM? Who are the musicians called from other states on special call? Is there a shortage of high level musicians in TFM? Do composers always dilute tough compositions to suit the level of musicianship? What happens to the original difficult passages? Any stories on these aspects?

Are there any friends of musicians like Viji Manuel, VSNarasimman in this forum? can we get inside LVP studio stories for MUSICIANS only in this thread?!!! Fir instance there were some legends about recordin of Aananda Gummi songs in Bombay, Moondram pirai songs. I mean 800 movies, musicians must have first hand knowledge and sucha lot of stories for 800 BGMS and 4000 songs? Why don't we inivite TFM musicians to write in this forum??????

  As a kid I saw some IR recordings (at Prasad Labs). One of my relative is a mrudangam player, and he used to substitute the IR regular (forgot his name).
  
  During one such movie, Viji Manuel, Dileep (ARR) and Mani Sharma (occassionally played for IR), were the three keyboard players at that time for IR.
  
  It started exactly at 7:00 am sharp. All the musicians are given their scores (yes...), and at 11:00 am the first take happened. At 11:30 am finished - ok ed after 2 takes (it rarely crosses 2 takes it seems). Later that day they also recorded some background score. By 7:00 pm, every body left.
  
  IR set standards for work. There are no recordings on Sundays. Professionalism to the core. He always arrived in white and white. he always looked fresh and inspiring. He would monitor the recording on his own, though the sound engineer was present. He sublty suggest to switch to a electric piano from an organ (on the Yamaha DX-7, the most popular instrument at that time). He would some more emphasis on the flute.
  
  I also watched some other contemporaries's recordings. IR's are like a clear process - from start to end.
