Vairamuthu badmouthing Ilayaraja again

He attacks IR in a discrete manner.

1) He says he was intro'ed by MSV and his first song is under MSV's music.

2) He got very negligible amount while writing under IR.

  but am confused...... he was introduced to film thro "Palaaivanaa CHollaaai" - "Megamaee, Megamaee" was his 1st song - atleast thats what i thought till date......

  wait - i think iam wrong...... i think "Pon Maalaaai Pozhudhu" in nizhaalgaal was his 1st song..... (palaaivanaa chollaai - this movie had something special for VM - did he write ALL the songs in this movie ?).....

  as far as we know, ponmalai pozhudhu was his intro song, bharathiraja intro'ed him to IR. why is he speaking like this now?

  buzz..... not sure if VM said that "thanneer thanneer" was his first movie or if it was his first movie with MSV....... probably the reported had mis-interpreted it...... (wait, dont' think iam a fan of VM..... he is the last guy i would like to be a fan of).....

  Though Nizhalgal and Paalaivanacholai came before that, TT must have been in production for a pretty long time. Vairamuthu should know it better than anybody else.
  
  When he mentions that he received paltry sums as fee for writing songs for IR's music, its difficult to make out if he is expressing anguish or saying that IR is not a good paymaster. BTW, do the MDs recommend to producers the pay package for song writers ?

  Well, IR sidelining people is nothing new.
  IR has always been like a papaya tree. Nothing grows beneath it. In fact, VM is one of the lucky few. Many others have gone into oblivion.

  'Thanneer Thanneer' was shot at 'Manjanaickenpatti' and released in a very short duration, may be 3 months or so!

  I have read an emotionally charged interview by VM in some magazine(I don't remember must be Kalki/Vigadan/Kumudam/Filimalaya/ CinemaExpress) published some 20 years back about his break into movies with 'Pon Maalai Pozhudu' and his sky high praise of IR

  Several years back, I had read in some magazine, an article by VM, in which he had beautifully described the coincidence of his writing ' pon maalai pozhudhu' and waiting for its recording with the admission in a hospital of his wife awaiting the birth of their first child (Gorky?) as:
