singer needs help

Hi,
I'm writing on behalf of a friend. He is an amazing singer, born with a great voice and a good ear for music. He has had no formal training but he can sing just about any song after hearing it. Anyone who hears him sing falls in love with him. But he's not done anything to show the world this talent. I'd love to help him in any way possible. Please suggest how I should go about this. Whom should he meet? How? If you are looking for a fresh and versatile singer, or you know someone who does, then please get in touch with me.
