A different type of medley

Continuing on the "medley" trend, why not list pallavis that would go well with the prelude(s) of other songs. As a start, the prelude of "ThEn malli poove" can go well with "nilavum malarum paaduthu". The prelude of "Chandrodayam" will suit "iravum Nilavum vaLarattumE".

  pairs 7,8 etc.that u have mentioned might be incompatible since they differ in raga/scale as well as the beat.athikaalai is of a faster tempo as compared to en iniya pon nilave's pallavi.

  2. prelude of 'germaniyin' with azhagiya malargalin (from the same film)
  
  3. prelude of 'senthoora poove' with 'chinna chinna vannakuyil' - close match
  
  4. (an tempo-changed version) of the guitar prelude of ennulle ennulle with 'uyire urave ondru naan sollavaa"
  
  5. prelude of 'keeravaani' with 'kaatril enthan geetham'
  
  6. a slow-tempo version of the prelude of 'oru kungumach changamalam' with 'putham puthu kaalai'.
  
  In fact the first few notes of the prelude of kungumach changamalam is 100% similiar to putham puthu kaalai. Another case of IR being inspired by his own song ;)
