Illayaraja's use of Anuradha Sriram/Harini/Sujatha

Dear Friends,

I feel that Illayaraja did not make much use of these two singers.

For Anuradha, I am able to remember the "Roja Poonthottam Kaadhal Vaasam" in "Kannukkul Nilavu".

Apart from that, I am not able to think of any other song of her in IR's music.

I do not know whether Harini has sung any song in IR's music.

While Anuradha was extensively used by Deva, Harini was given good opportunities by ARR.

But somehow IR did not turn to them.

Even, my opinion, is that IR should have used Sujaatha More.

  I don't like anuradha sriram's voice... it's kind of boring..
  
  Harini still has a girl voice... but certainly a lot lot better than bhavatharini.. IR could have given all bhava songs to Harini, including mayil pola.

  kumarr, as far as I remember, there is one song which Harini sang for IR. Its a Sathyaraj-Suvalakshmi-Divya Unni starrer. The song is sung by Bhavatharini & Harini. The song goes like "Ennayae paada paduthuraan".

  Harini has also sung one song in Kathal Jathi.... it is not yet released i suppose....
