Songs for my husband

Hello,
My husband turns 30 next month. He is a huge big fan of Illayaraja and I would like to gift him a good collection of Illayaraja's hits todate. Though he already has a collection, I would like to put together an ultimate-list. Please help with a Raja top-20 . It would be great if I can add trivia to each song...

  Is it possible to get little snippets behind the different songs? Like what happened during the recording, or how the lyrics were changed, or any other interesting anecdote associated with the song? Is there any site where I can get these? It'd make the collection very interesting.
