Is it just me? Or is Sadhana Sargam very monotonous?

After hearing Sadhana for so long, I have begun to tire of her voice. Almost to the point of it starting to bug me. Is it just me or is it about time that MD's stopped using her so much?

  u wudnt believe it rajeev...but i was jus discussing abt it with my sister just noww......i agree with u totally...she is good...i agree...but just as 'too many coks spoil the broth', too many songs have made her voice sound monotonous...especially because her voice is very distinct and has n identity.....but on the other hand singers like chitra, sujatha, harini etc dont sound monotonous at all....y is that??

  Maybe we are having too much of SS in a short time man. Even Harini sounds a lot like she is trying to imitate Chithra, but often just comes across as a cheap copy. Sujatha is also becoming very rpetitive. I have not heard Chitra, the true nightingale of TFM in a long time. Such a shame.

  Evryone has their own style in bringing out their voice. Not all songs suit everyone. But my personal preference is Chitra. Legendary Singer! up there with Janaki and Susheela Amma

  Sadhana Sargam is a over rated monotonous singer.She is sought after just because ARR gives her most of the songs.People like Swarnalatha ,Mahalakshmi are really better than Sadhana Sargam.Her prounouciation is very bad and tamil audiences as usual dont mind bad tamil.Thanks to ARR

  I partially agree with u ... Rajeev ... that Sadhana sounds monotonous 'cause what most of the MDs expect from her is to sing in Mazhalai Tamil killing all Tamil pronounciations ... that does sounded cute in the beginning .... but now it sounds irritating .... but if she's used wisely and given good opprtunities She can do a good Job like in Azhagi or Album.
