"PoarkaLam..." from Thenaali: A R Rahman's greatest song yet?

        A R Rahman has definitely given us some very good tunes over the past decade. Actually that's a huge understatement!!! Anyway, I think that the best song he has given us so far is "PorkaLam..." from Thenaali. Excellent tune, but poor recording, which is quite unusual for A R Rahman. And by the way, I felt that the female singer in the song sounded a lot like Harini... I was quite surprised to discover that it was a singer called Gopika... I can't remeber her full name...

        What's your opinion?

  mY opinion is i need a confirmation. isn't one of the songs in Tenali a direct copy of the Velakku Veykkun nerathile maaman vandhaan from Mundanai Mudichi? It is in my learned opinion.
