Vocabulary of Vairamuthu !!

Vairamuthu uses reiteration of his poems & words he use for a long time. for instance he has always written about the black color of Rajinikanth.... again and again ( Karpanai kudhiraikku kal odinju pochu)
ex:
karuppana ennai kandu kan vaithadhenna - Muthu
Un Niram pola en niram maara varam ondru tharuvai - Baba.
and many other instances also. Is he really a poet? Nowdays he is proven himself not worthy as a poet.

HE CAN THINK POETICALLY. BUT IT SHOULD BE IN THE SONG. NOW HE WRITES ONLY DIALOGUES for his songs.
some of his standard vocabulary are
Roja,Raja,Jannal, Minnal,Pandhu, Sindhu,Katru, Matru,Viyarvai,Karuppu,veruppu, Thirandhukidakku, Moodikidakku, ratham, Thavam, vaanam, maanam,dhaagam, moham!!!!

  Dont underestimate vairamuthu!
  
  As a poet he is doing the best.
  
  But if see him as a lyricist.. some of his songs are good.
  
  please use opt words to distinguish between a poet and a lyricist.
  
  what u r trying to say?

  I like much of his lines for the way he sees or discribes.
  such as...
  
  "kaatru veesum veyil kaayum kaayum-ithil
  Maatram ethumillaye.."
  
  "Otrai kaalile pookkal nitpathu
  Un koonthalil poovaaha thaan"
  
  and so on.
  vithyaasamaana karpanai.
  
  and again,he is also a nomal person.he do better when he has the combination.
  
  for Example,take Ilayaraja...
  
  if you look @ some of Ilayarajah's composing,unbelevably sucked.but Ilayaraja is still an extra ordinary composer.there can't be two ways about it.

  Uyirum neeye -pavithra has wonderful lines like un kannil oru thuli vizhunthal kadalum muzhugum thaye.
  Kadhal desam: tharugindra porul-a kathal illai, thandal kadhal kadhal illai.
  
  He uses the combination words really good, but sometimes it could be annoying like
  
  Maranam sethuvittadhu
  
  Repeated usage becomes a pattern and boring..

  VM is a great legend not only as a cine songs writter.he is a great kavingar.
  now a days lyrics writters are writting songs for precomposed music.if anybody is ready to compose music for his kavidhai,then we can see his real talent.
  i like the lyrics in andhi mazhai pozhigiradhu.
  "kannukull mullai vaithu yaar thaithadhu
  thaneeril nirkum pothe vaerkindradhu
  konjam iru nenju oru thaavani visrigal veesugiren
  manmadha ambugal thaitha idangalil sandhanamai enai poosugren"
  
  but i accept ur view that he should stop rewriting the same lyrics.
  "rathiname mutham vaikkava
  adhukkaaga pattanam poi vakkeel vaikava"is from andha nilava than.
  he rewrites this same words as"en vaayoda vaay vaikka vakkeelu vaikaatheega"in suthi suthi vandheega.
  he re write the lyrics in movies from the books he wrote,too.
