help me to find out the starting words of a song

All,

I'm trying to find out the starting words, the singer's name and composer of a song. I remember only some words in the middle and its tune stands in my mind. It's a sexy tamil female solo that came in 2002 or 2003. It'd sound like 'vaseegara..' of Minnale. Every two words accompanied by two beats. Some lines in the middle like 'Theeyalli thinnum munne .. nee alli thinna vaa...'.

Anybody throw some light on it..
