help to solve IE & NS Difference

Hello,
I have an image placed on the browser.
When i drag that image to a particular position
it displays the information below the image.
It works well in IE and Netscape.
But in netscape it gives problem when i press the reload button on menubar.
After pressing the reload button it does not display the information.
Please help.

  in that case, arr uses IE and IR used netscape.
