Why IR does not concentrate on presentation of song?

This post is purely for IR. This post does not belittle the class and greatness of IR. As one of the DFer said IR always leave you longing for more. This is purely that point I would like to discuss.

My question to IR:
You always gets tune in a flash. You have great capability to mend tunes in any way you want. You can if you want give upteen dimensions for the same song. Yet, offlate all your songs look like that you have hurriedly finished, not bothered about presentation. You selected a singer who is most freely available otherwise you use Bhava or yourself, finished most of the instrumentation bit using electronics not taking pains for going for class and real instrumentlist. You have never ever bothered about recording quality, treating as if that it is not COMPOSER's domain. It looks like you are in a race to complete the songs. You have defined your own boundary for all the above. If you concentrate a bit more things will look lot more impressive. Yes, your speed and expection from others is a tall order,but because of this you cant just compromise the output.

But when it comes to Symphony, the ground rules are different. Irrespective of greatness of composition, presentation would be critically looked at. Yes, it depends on the orchestra you are choosing, depends on budget etc. But you cannot take it light, that you can't settle for 2nd best.

You spend so much effort on BGMs. You spend too little time on songs and even little for presentation. I am least bothered that you present such a way that you figure in MTV or Northies channel. But fans like me, though, most of times feel had it been better singers, better recording would have further elevated the greatness.

  Who is wrong? my belief? I have a personal responsibility now? or did it become obligatory? why is Sambhu music gr8, all songs are awesome? why is that?
  
  Yeah I am waiting for the Symphony, to be proud that He is the only South-Asian to do Symphony(correct me if i am wrong), I dont dispute the gr8ness, all I am frustrated about is, Where is the Appeal gone? What is making him think twice? He is a genius who can create wonderful music, I have no doubt about it, Why is he having those doubts, probably he is not!!

  Since when and where was Western classical music was popular? It is mostly enjoyed by the elite. Pop music always ruled WC in terms of popularity among the public. And we should indebted and thankful to this Maestro for bring WC to a commoner and make it popular and enjoyable. Nobody knows they are making a history when it actually being made and this one such case
  
  In realm of music IR has gone beyound anyone can imagine and currently he is a misfit in TFM. We should know it and he definitely knows(realized) it. Yet, the man is such an hopeless music/film lover, he cannot stay away from the industry which brought him to the limelight. Stale stories, stale situation, stale directors and he tries his best to motivate himself.
  
  As far as his state of mind, I think he is depressed. But questioning is sincerity to Music is like questioning his soul. Currently, the only artist whose is dedicated to music as much as IR is ARR. Both still have a long way to go and achieve. Lets hope they achieve what they have in mind.

  IR probably thinks that creating refreshing tunes is not be all and end all.
  
  He wants challenges to be thrown upon him. Also he wants somebody to portray his music very well in screen. He probably is tired hero and heroine roaming around tree. He probably wants a musical subject.
  
  
  When all popular directors left him, he brought up new popular directors like TB and Bala.
  
  Your expectation is, as long as he lives he should compose. But IR has other musical aspirations like creating some form of music which is not limited by time. That is why he is trying Tiruvasakam project, some music university or centre or whatever.
  
  In the light of the above film music is not that prospective. Again, why he gave good tunes for Sambhu, I don't know. I have not heard it also.
  
  Somebody was so frustrated with Sambhu that they called it as "Kuchoos Sombhu"

  You can also represent your frustation with IR to him by collecting signatures of various fans, who thinks alike.
  
  Don't think IR won't listen. He may not listen directors, producers but he will definitely listen to his fans.

  I agree to what you say, I know what the Genius is trying to do, I salute him for that.
  
  But the profound media how everybody sees is Film Music In TN.. so i guess, it is appropriate for him to come out with something remarkable...

  I will never do that and is not my intention. i dont know whether you heard the word "Vanjai", when it comes to IR, as i have grew up with HIS music, i will surely have it and can be angry (chellama kopam) with my sincere beliefs

  MusicIsLife: here is my most deepest inspired feeling "at this point in time" reading your genuine response for "the most part" ;---) i am just taking it to another level like ARR does to music.
  
  Ancient music (folk) was brought to a condensation (Devotional) by the great Trimurthis beginning with Tyagaraja, etc... Modern music at the same time in Europe and Bach brought it to heights (Church), now we are seeing the consolidation and precipitation of all the music heard, unheard, composed and could not be composed and cannot be composed and dare not be composed - all by our Maestro. All Music as we know and did not know is coming to the finale with Symphonies from the IIR.
  
  We can call it like the end of the great literary periods, the end of musical creativity and purity will be from IIR. i am not talking what AIR or ARR had brought music to (Gone with the WIND)
  
  It is an exaggeration, but if we are saying that our TF songs are not the creative heights of music and 400 year old symphonic formats are, then the cycle is getting completed by IR. Long live Symphony! Long Live IR and Long Live IR Fans, so that we may see how it is going a few centuries from now ;;----)

  in recent times the song "solla maranthathu yenna" song had such a faboulous tune but very poor sounds........he shuld have given a bit more depth in the background namely by adding some guitar base or some synthetic beats.....

  When IR was in midst of hectic schedule, he could come up with HTNI, NBW. These pieces are also classic. Now with more time (Because the no of movies in industry itself is quite low), better technology still hurrying to finish the songs. The whole world is changing, why IR not taking into account!!
