Is ARR Running out of Stuff?

I listened to VandeMatharam in which ARR recycled his own tunes from Kizhakku Ceemayile and a touch of a song from Indira.
Also ARR's recent movies for big time producers like Ratchagan and Iruvar (except one song) and Dhoud in Hindi did not have any notable music. Remember ARRs last hit Minsarak Kanavu music was done long time ago.

If for a major album for Sony released on 50th year of Indian Independence, ARR cannot produce original music, then I have to come to the conclusion that he is running out of stuff. I heard that ARR is planning to cut down on movies and concentrate more on albums. Thus he will have to produce less and earn more.

Right now I do not see any difference in the quality of music produced by ARR and Karthik Raja. In fact I think Deva is doing a better job of providing consistant good quality music.

  Raj, sorry for the delay in responding to your previous posting, as I was tied-up with some other projects for the last couple of days.
  
  Being a linguist, you know some south indian languages like tamil, telugu..... except the langauage you are using to post your views in this forum. It is really pathetic that you are not able to understand my very simple language, for this you need to restart your schooling from elimantary level. For God sake, why don't you atleast take a Vivekanandha Institute English course to avoid constant misunderstanding.
  
  BTW, ARR's Kadhalar Dinam is going to be a chartbuster throught-out this year. So, make up your mind to simply accept the fact that ARR is the best MD forever.

  *ROTFL*:)))))))). Twenty odd years ago I started my Schoolinga t *elementary level and completed it , too, quite succesfully, at that:)). But ,ofcourse, I should probably get this "elimantary" schooling, whatever it is, that produces your langauge:)).

  BTW, chartbuster is a one-time affair. Once it busts the chart, the busting aprt is done and over. After that it can *stay at the top* but not bust the chart again, because the chart is already busted...So, "chartbuster throughout the year" is another bloomer.:)).
  
  BTW, how do you mean chartbuster for the year deciding all time best MD? That way, Raja busted the charts atleast 10 times a year for twenty years...now wouldnt that be a greater qualification for alltime greatness?:)))

  Mr.Mahesh cailmed a song in padaiappa was lifted from old IR/GA songs --- I do not accpet this, just the Raagas are identical, Mr.Mahesh also came up with something as Raga pattern , I requested him to explain it.

  What's so bad about tabla. Tabla
  is the original Indian Instrument as opposed to Your ARR's favourite Drums. I still like tabla better than drums and IR being one of the best exponent of Tabla I really like it.

  Of late, you seem to be joining the gang of these "die-hard-fans", who will praise one MD at the cost of demeaning other MDs.   The Essence is, ARR stinks like the Modern Drums Sound. Whereas, IR excels with his beautiful tunes and use of the great and everlasting instrument "Tabla".
  
  In Short, IR is uncomparably better than ARR. Ennum Sola Ponaal, ungal Varamuthuvin Vaira Varigalil. IR ai ARR udan compare pannuvathu "Mannathin Manathai Vanguvathu Pola".

  The Essence is, ARR stinks like the Modern Drums Sound -- Drum is supposed to be the oldest percussion in Western Music. Not to forget IR stinks in the Modern Drums! , infact modern music,.

  Finally Mr Kuzhapam,
  IR's music is fresh and good whether its modern or older music. He has proved that time and again and people are the best judge. Till now I don't think ARR or for that matter, any modern MD has given the kind of Innovative and original compositions as in Kathalukku Mariyathai or Kathal Kavithai.
  That itself proves that he is still a popular and great MD.
