  1. Athai Magalum Illai Amman Magalum Illai...(Jaathi Pookal)
  This movie came in middle part of 80s, *ing Kavundamani, Ilavarasi. May of the hero/heroines this song went unnoticed.
  
  2. Vaanam Engey Mudikirathu kandu pidithavar...(paai mara kappal)
  The hero of this movie is Janakaraj. I can't imagine Janakaraj singing this song. This movie has excellent songs.
  
  3. Manamey Mayangaathey Vizhiyum...(Kanmaniyey Pesu)
  4. Ingu Naam kaanum Paasam Ellamey vesham...(Poi Mugangal).
  This movie has excellent songs.
  
  5. Pennukku Theivam Endru Peru Vacha paavi...(Niraparaathi)
  Just a average song, but the lyrics is meaningful.
  
  6. En Koyil Ingey Pen Theivam...(Pudhiyavan)
  A pleasing solo by KJY. One of favourites in those days.
  
  7. Noolil Aaadum Pommai 2...(iniya Raja)
  Another pleasing solo by KJY. This movie came in later part of 80's and went to many phases of title change. I think the movie was dedicated to IR and the music composed by VS.Narasimman.
  
  8. Pulliyai Vaithavan Iraivan...(Kavaithai Paada Neramillai)
  This movie was produced by film institute students and it was different at that time.
  
  9. Ninnaiyey Radhi endru...(With PS)(Kanney Kaniyamuthey)
  Bharathiyaar song and MSV was the MD.

  Talking about KJY, language is not a barrier to enjoy his melodious voice .The songs from His Highness Abdulla, a MOhanlal starrer kept me awake many nights, just listening to them again and again and again.

  Though this site was purportedly created to commemorate the 6oth birth anniversary of the great singer, I don't see any reason why the discussion on this subject cannot be continued. It will be only a tribute to KJY's musical genius. Please contribute your thoughts and insights on KJY. This is a request from d die-hard fan of KJY.
