The album kickstarts with a ‘Kalasala’-like vigor featuring a firecracker of a performance from the diva Usha Uthup. The electronica fills offer an interesting touch to an otherwise straight up kuthu song.

Remya Nambeesan is back to flexing her vocal chords after her outing in Pandianadu’s ‘Fy fy’. While she possesses a clarity there’s distracting synth sound texturing her vocals. The orchestration is slightly underwhelming and the track feels like its missing something.

The four to the floor dance beat restricts the track to run along repetitively with Andrea bringing about the dynamics to the melody. The introduction of the nadhaswaram halfway through the track and during the outro is a welcome feature of the song.

A tune aimed to raise the pulses with its charging rhythm section and Shankar Mahadevan sounding a warning with his vocals. While instrumentally the track barely deviates from its focus, the strong lyrics struggle to flow with the melody.
