It's very clear that IR is (im)perfectly human and has all kinds of emotions like any one of us While his talent is extraordinary and should be focused on, most people tend to nitpick on his otherwise failings and hold such things against him all the time!

Interestingly, a big group worked against IR in the 90's - simply to throw him out of the top spot, resorting to all possible means / methods, and those are conveniently forgotten by such detractors who want to paint him alone as an arrogant, proud man while every other person is an angel

I think that's a flame place (kollywoodtoday). Once I stumbled upon it (VTV review) and the comments section was full of unreadable expletives.

Resolved to never visit again!

Checked up the VTV thread in that site after reading what you wrote. As you rightly say it is a site not worth visiting. I am not even sure what the poor man Ravi said and what these fellows have reported. (BTW, this is the same 'Bombay' Ravi who tuned for lot of Hariharan's films.)
