Looks like Nesan's project has been put on hold. Rumours afloat that KV Anand will direct Vijay's next under RS Infotainment.
It's for the best, I think. I had no hopes on Thuppakki after a disastrous 7th sense, but Doss redeemed himself with Gun. So after a mediocre Matran and Thandavam, I hope Anand and ALV does the same. Imo, KV> ALV. Looking forward to the KV venture.

Here is the news about Vijay and KV Anand.
Vijay will be teaming up with KV Anand for a project after completing the AL Vijay’s venture which he is currently busy with. In the mean time, KV Anand is making all the arrangements to get the story ready for his next and has set the ball rolling for it. While writers SuBa were involved in all his projects till now, for the Vijay starrer, the director is planning to opt for a change.
Sources say that Pattukottai Prabhakar will be in-charge of the story for the Vijay starrer, which is yet to be named.
