    Infect I was surprised to see more Chinese vegetarian shops in US than in Malaysia.
    The thing is that most of their customers are white.

    Why not uncle, sweet dates filling for the kozhukkattai.
    Just chop up the dates finely, add in little roasted coconut, little cardamom powder.
    mix every thing well, it is your filling already.
