Maybe they think it's like shopping, it's wise for you to push them and make them buy a cloth rather than allowing them to go for their own choices. If the only way to get a girl to marry you is to make sure she has the least possible time to think over the decision, I have a small doubt about the strength of this "love".

Satya you should continue writing you have an eye to be detailed, as well as succinct. Your analogies are unique yet create new meaning like battery/cricketer reference.

I know it's easier to ignore rather than attest, especially when in minority here
but no offense and of course no surprise but IMHO if we all thought point 3 was true (for both genders) then what a meaningless world to live in. If ending up with "one" was the whole issue it wouldn't affect this much...your other lessons ring true enough but if the bitterness of experiences taint every experience..has one really learned something or just learned to know its bitterness only?
