Again oboe dominating score!

Title score - mind blowing. Oboe and guitar / harp conversing with each other. Wish this was used thorought the movie and in the rest of the BGM's.

"...And along with Ilayaraja’s non-confronting music, the film works well in many ways...Suseendhran and Ilayaraja keep off the beaten track..."

Kalaignar TV meets ASK team. Most of the important scenes are covered in this video. It's amazing to see how they picturized the songs with a debut cinematographer, without the songs composed at that time.
(Source: Suseendran interview in Kumudam 01.26.2011)
As per above, I believe Maestro composed the songs only after the film was completely shot and after editing. How Maestro adapted to the song sequences with appropriate lyrics and tune for the visuals at that time. Kuthikkira and Poova kelu songs are brilliantly captured and even if it's montage, how Maestro composed for the visuals is really comendable.
Especially in the second video for the song Adiye Ivale, @27:46 when the line "koyil kaalai pola nikkum minor'a paaru, valai thookum kaalaiyai pola collar'a thookaraaru" was sung. This is all possible only when Maestro has started this song precisely such that when this line is sung it matches the visuals. Wow! could not believe how the song matches exactly with the visuals.
The main theme when Appu kutty searches and finds his horse (second video @20:52 - 22:00). The acting, dialogues, visuals and the background score, I have not seen anything like this in a long time. As Maestro tells, eyes should atleast be wet when we see this and listen to the score.
The scene from 24:30 till 25:46, observe the score, dialogues and direction, Hats off to Suseendran and the entire team.
